Public Access?

Does anyone know if there is any public access to this lake?

What Spring lake ??

Somebody told me a month ago there's is access at Sring Lake, but I  forgot to ask where. Used to fish here when the farmer owned it,believe his name was Hal.After he died his son took over and closed access. 

Years ago you could rent a boat from the farmer at the top of the hill, but then he passed away, so I really can’t say. You would have to go there and pull in the road by his farm. I don’t remember the road but it’s right down the way from a cemetery   Maybe somebody else took it over.  I used to fish it a lot nice bass, in there.
