Custom rod builder recommendation-honoring my friend

I'm in need of a custom rod builder to make a rod that will contain some of my buddies ashes as part of the build. Besides the unique request I'd obviously want a quality rod. 

Prefer one within 100 miles of Tomahawk.

Mags custom rods may be a good option.I believe they are in Gwinn,MI.I'm not sure if it falls in your 100 mile radius.
