catching ciscoe's

Anyone target ciscoe's and would be willing to share?  I tried waxies, flies, small castmasters, jigs with many different tails, etc. Just never caught one before and now I am on a mission. Thx in advance.

I've had my best ciscoe fishing whilst fishing for muskies during the spawn. Horny buggers can't help but mate with your baits   

Edit: Not sure why its showing a picture of a bunch of ciscoes on a tailgate. I uploaded a photo of one attached to a jerkbait...

 It's good to see that the regulations were changed on Big Green Cisco limits.

Try jigging a #5 gold sweedish pimple tipped with waxes we pick up a few when jigging for white fish.
