Need some help guys. My only time to goose hunt during the week is after work (230pm)  the fields I got locked have birds in them already by that time. Do I jump em, set up, and hope they come back to feed later on in the evening or wait it out till the weekend? What do you think?  Thanks

Don't hunt that field until it's your last hunt of the year, then go for it.

Until then, I would find a pond nearby and set some decoys along the shore line and call em in.

I'm no expert. Just repeating what I've heard from others. Could be right could be wrong.

Agreed. They won't come back. Set foot traps the night before!??

If you bust them they will not come back that night and possibly not at all as they will find another field.  My suggestion...call in sick and get to the field sooner.
