Stream Side TROUT CATCH and COOK

So I figured it was about time for me to FINALLY do a streamside catch & cook so I took all my gear and went to the stream. After an over a mile walk downstream with my catch and cook backpack on I made it to the jump in spot 

and then the fun began!
