Wow have times changed!
Typically I buy a new sled once my sled gets around 5,000 or so miles on it.
At the end of last year my 800 Indy crossed the 5k threshold.
Typically I’d buy a new sled, but I looked at new Polaris 800’s, and the pricing is around 15k! I about spit my teeth out!!!
No way I am spending that on a sled when I average 1200- 1500 or so miles per season!
Had the dealer put in a new clutch, and go over my 800’Indy front to back.The season is too short to spend 15k on a sled. I am in a holding pattern for now, just take super good care of the stuff you already have and make it last as long as you can!
