Inspired by the Thread Steak on the Campfire thread (and Old Salts Posts) I asked for a Sou Vide (under pressure) Cooker for Christmas. My family purchased the Anova Sou Vide Cooker, which is quite a device equipped with Bluetooth and Wifi. Over the Holidays I made stuffed Prosciutto wrapped Pork Tenderloin and then on New Years Eve a Beef Tenderloin Roast with it and they were both fantastic. I got rave reviews from everyone on both the meals... I am starting this thread to have a place to post our Sou Vide cooking experiences..

Ordered a Searzall to use with the Sou Vide.. Holy Crap, that thing is bombastic .. Looking forward to trying it out.
Making Steak Tacos for tonight. I have a Top Sirloin Steak that I plan to Sou Vide. Found the recipe on the Anova site. It makes the seasoning from scratch, I also make fresh guacamole to go with it..
