If you like salmon this is fantastic! I always have some saved up from the summer and am always trying new ways to use it up. I make my own "stir fry sauce" using 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp minced ginger and 2 tbsp of real maple syrup. Marinade 1" fish chunks for about 10 minutes. Stir fry the fish first and remove. Then stir fry the veggies throwing the fish in at the last minute to get it hot again. Season with sesame seeds and serve immediately with rice. Low cal, nutritious and delicious!! Big Smile
