Bambis in the bucket. 4 or 5 lb venison roast,16 oz jar of pepperchinis 16 oz jar of jardinair can of beef broth and a packet of zesty Italian dressing. Place in crock pot and add just enough water to cover meat. Cook for about 8 hours. I usually slice the roast up so the flavor goes all the way through. Taste like Italian beef only better. Never had any one that didn't like it.
