I have been on this craze of juicy lucy burgers, heres my recipe anyone do them differently, always looking to try new ways

I use ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, black pepper, slices of American cheese, pickled jalapeño slices on top of brioche buns. I make the patties using torn pieces of cheese on the patties and add pickled jalapeños on top of cheese.  After that i put  another patty on top and then with fingers, pinch and seal all around the edges, completely sealing the cheese in all 4 burgers. Finish off by getting burgers on a hot grill for about 4 minutes a side for medium-rare, pull them and  tent with foil and let rest 5 minutes.
