Hot pepper jam

I made some hot pepper jam yesterday and it came out great. I used the recipe that came with the Sure-Jell pectin I bought (called hot pepper relish). Only difference was I used all hot peppers ( no bells) and used 3 cups of them I finely diced by hand. It's got some kick but the sugar and cider vinegar help to balance it out. I'll be making more, very quick and easy.
