I never cared for Power Pro but besides PP they are all basically the same. Go with any of them in 80lb and you will be fine.

I have been using 80# spiderwire ultra-cast invisibraid for about 5 years on both casting and trolling reels and like it a lot.

Before that I was using different versions of TUF and it was fine too. Would go back to that if I had to and not worry.

I used to also use PP. But switched to Suffix. I have been thinking of putting Vicous on one of my poles just to try it out.

hey guys I want to thank you all for the info. I have used P.P. in the past for salmon fishing it work great for trolling, but not for me when it come to casting for musky. It is not that smooth of a line and holds a lot of water like some people said. so was just looking for more info. on lines. Thanks again and good luck this season Shagboy

I had been using 80# PP for years and switched to 80# Suffix 832 last year. Less back lashes and easier to pick out with the 832 and seems to stay a little drier. I used to use 50# PP and also lost a few lures. Ever since I use 80#.
