Water Levels

I'm hoping to visit the lake in early April.  Does Mark Twain Lake experience a water level "drawdown" over the winter as flood control to manage anticipated spring high water run-off/flooding?

Unfortunately I cannot answer your question but I can tell you the water fluctuation can be impressive. I hunted many areas around the lake . I would think there would be a website with the water levels.
