Recently started fishing the West bay of Grand Traverse , trying for lakers or ciscoes no luck newbie in this realm I have a small boat 1448 jon with 15 horse I do have downriggers set up for it and I have 10 color lead core and also use slide divers , I watch the weather close with the boat size I have but I could use some tips on techniques to use or general areas on the bay where I could increase my chances at catching some fish I have been going out of Mellville Marina and Hilltop (DNR site west side) any pointers would be appreciated thanks, Also has anyone ever Duck hunted in this area?
