Anyone Hunting Boone/Winnebago County

Curious if anyone is out and having any success.

I haven't been yet. Camera's showing mostly nocturnal and nothing worth an arrow yet.

Past years said this weekend would be good.

Cameras tell a different story (still night time activity). What is everyone else seeing?

Positive note, tried a new technique this year. Hanging vine seems to get bucks attention (more than I expected)

Hunted all weekend as well. Small bucks and some does. Cell cameras lit up within an hour of darkness per usual. Big bucks have disappeared from cams recently. Corns coming out so that’ll change things. Lookin forward to Halloween and the weeks to follow.

Hunted a bit this weekend.

Zero sightings but scrapes opened up and getting used by multiple bucks (however at night).

Another 2 weeks before daylight activity if history proves out.

Off Friday so will see if the low temps gets deer moving.

Went out opening afternoon. Saw some does. Was just nice to be out. 

Looks like good temps Friday.
