Lost the week of Jan. 18th--a size 3500 double sided utility box with streamers inside.  Lost on the bank of the Des Plaines river near River Road and Busse Hwy. in Des Plaines, IL on the west bank of the river.  Reward if returned.  PM if found.  Thanks.
