High school bass fishing partner

My name is Matteo and I am looking for someone in High school to fish with me in IBN and FLW events this year. I'm a junior right now and my friend that I have fished with has graduated this past year. We took 2nd place in IBN state last year and made it to Nationals on Kentucky lake.
