Boat Storage

Thinking about buying a new or newer boat in the near future. The boat will need to be stored indoors but not in my garage. the boat will be about 18 feet 10 inches. will have swing tongue. looking for average cost on storage. I live in western suburbs but will travel a bit to get to my boat. looking for average storage fees and where I can store it. Thanks

I have a boat about the same size and the storage cost was 70.00 per month for cold storage in a garage or plastic wrapped outside storage for 500.00 for the winter. Northern Wi prices.
