Can you guys recommend a resort to stay at?

I’m looking for lodging/meals and ice house rental package. Thinking about coming mid February for 3-4 days.

Thanks for your help,

Considering your comments received and your last post, I wouldn't rule out S. or N. Dakota...  Woodland's Resort at Devil's Lake including the Perch Patrol or Perch and Eyes Outfitters or McQuoid Outdoors would be decent ice fishing guides in those areas...

With a budget like that, your options are endless. Are you looking for action, trophy, or to take a bunch home.

If it’s action that isn’t really affected by cold fronts or time of year. Lake of the Woods is a great option. I’d recommend Arnesen’s Rocky Point Resort. Some of the nicest houses and accommodations. Border View is another good option.

If it’s big fish and don’t mind possibly lower numbers. I’d say Mille Lacs. There I’d recommend a sleeper if possible. There’s a good night bite there. Nitti’s Hunter Point is really good.

If you’re looking to fill a freezer. Then I’d recommend Lake Winnibigoshish. Lots of water perch 8-10 with some 14-16 still around. Mcardle’s Resort has a really nice set up.

Any other questions you can message me if you want.

I will go anywhere in Minnesota. Mostly interested in walleye, perch, northern pike.

Looking for lodging, meals, ice house rental as a package.

My budget is flexible. I'm thinking $800-$1,000 per person for 3 days of fishing and 4 nights of lodging

What type of fish you interested in? How far are you willing to drive? What’s your budget?  All of these are important factors.
