Burbots

Anyone have a clue if you freeze burbot if you use a food saver? I've caught them and eat'm.. just never froze them..Hell there a cod and you can freeze cod.. Anyone got a clue?

I have done it with the food saver. They are much better fresh. I know that you can say that about all fish but the difference was more pronounced with these guys. Mrt.

I did eat some last year that had been frozen for about 6 months and they were a little rubbery. Personally I'd try the food saver if you have it, otherwise I'd eat within a couple months. Yummy!

I have been freezing Burbot for several years now. They will be just fine.
