Bump stock ban

If this "law" is passed, you will be required to turn in or destroy your bump stock.

Does that mean that Jerry Miculek would be required to amputate his trigger finger?

One comment from the regulations page:
"According to this, you are banning rubber bands. As a Postal Worker, I use rubber bands to secure the mail when I am out delivering. Rubber bands can also be used to bump fire a semiautomatic firearm by wrapping it around the trigger for spring-back tension. "

It’s funny, I had no desire to own a bumpstock until the antis talked about banning them. Now I have one my Ruger 10/22
