Where's the ammo
Was at Farm & Fleet in Waukesha looking for '06 shells and all they had were Winchester 150's. Nothing else. As far as the rest of the rack, it was about 15% stocked.
Friggin pathetic with the hoarding going on.
I am good shadling let me know how can I help.
Yeah I'm stacked DEEP on 9mm, 5.56 and 7.62 myself. Though admittedly I dont have 1000s of rounds of premium HPs laying around. Think when it gets normal again it will be time shellout for a case of 9mm +P HSTs or Gold Dots.
Don’t need anything been stocking for years but thanks. I cannot believe we are doing this again.
Checked the federal website. Still on there. Box of 50 124 gr ball. Bassmaster are you looking for anything particular? I have been seeing 50 round LE boxes of HP in various calibers online lately. I did buy 2 50 round LE boxes of 9mm federal 124 gr +P HST this week for $40 a pop. Shipping not cheap but oh well.
What were they Cambridge ? HP ? I still cannot believe there is a shortage again.
I just (today) 8/14 found 9mm available on Federals site. Picked up a few boxes at 18.99 for a box of 50. With free shipping or $100. Did show a 12-15 day delivery though.
You can find it online, which is where I generally buy my ammo in bulk. But get ready to pay out the nose for it. A box of 50 of 9mm ball that used to sell for 10 bucks is going for close to 50 bucks, and people are still buying it. I just sold the only .380 pistol I had, the buyer took some of my ammo with it. Sold the other 1k+ rounds i had to a guy at work who offered me $20 a box. I think i paid 12 bucks a box last year for it.
Same here, went to Fleet Farm yesterday to find nearly completely wiped shelves of ammo. Gun case also nearly cleared. I was lucky to find the last 4 boxes of 12ga. trap shells barely enough for me to finish the trap league season.
I'm afraid the shortage is going away for quite awhile.
Went to MFF for some .22 birdshot for gophers answer red squirrels. Even out of that .
