Convert Weaver mounts to Picardy (sp)

Picanny  . I am trying to get away from my scope as my eye will not allow me to use one . It's like looking down a straw .  Can see fine otherwise.  Don't want to go to a Red Dot since they maybe 1x instead of my 2x7.  Any ideas  ??
