Release for Mast/Big Boards

I just bought a boat that came with a planer mast and big boards. I've never used this set up before. Was wondering what releases you guys like the best. will just be pulling core and copper up to 10 color/300 ft

I have tried several (Scotty big and small, black Off Shore and the Alligator clips), but have difficulty holding more than 7 color or 200’ copper. Hoping someone else chimes in as I’m not sure what else to do. Currently I run these off a stern planer or small off shore boards clipper tight.
