I'm not trapping any beaver right now...maybe in March.

Maybe someone else here can help.  If not, check w/ me in March and maybe I can help you out.

Holy Moses that’s a good pile of rats!! Nice work H&H! Still good to see fellow trappers out there regardless of price. I’ll admit, I haven’t been hitting it nearly as hard as I have during “good” years, but still just enough to scratch the itch

I didn't have much motivation this fall.  I trapped the first week and got 240 rats, but luckily not a single coon, mink, beaver or otter.

How’s everyone doing thus far? I’ve got a handful of coon, my fisher, handful of beaver and 2 rats , and 2 skunks to top it off

Hey guys - Not sure how often people check this thread but had a newbie question.  How do you store your lures and baits in winter?

I do not have a heated shed to keep my stuff in.  Come winter if I leave it outside it will obviously freeze, especially fox urine, etc.  I have been bringing it inside my cabin and putting it in ziplock bags inside of totes.  This kind of works but usually you walk in and have that hint of skunk in the air yet....

Trying to figure out what I can do for winter trapping.  Looking for some sort of scent proof tote or any other ideas.  Part of my issue may be that I'm handling the bags with the same gloves, doesn't take much to smell.
