I have been wearing Crispi Idahos for the last 3 years elk, turkey, pheasant, and early whitetail season. Very nice boot. It is mostly synthetic, so it is light weight and breathes well yet still is water proof. It is more of a mountain boot, so the sole may be stiffer than you prefer. I’ve put a lot of miles on them and they have been holding up very well. I’ve never had a boot last as long as these have.

I have the Danners also,  but in cabelas brand. Side by side identical. Cabelas no longer carries it and I payed less than $100 on clearance. Points and... $50. Nice boot. When walking or still hunting don't need sweaty feet.

Been very happy Danner Pronghorns.  I am hard on my boots due to the amount of upland hunting I do.  For the most part get 2-3 years out of the boot before I see leaks or break down of the stitching.  They do have a wide boot size in the pronghorn as well.
