Hey fellow (Midwest) fishermen. I've noticed it's getting much harder to get a bite since it's cooled down into the 40s and 50s https://www.7zip.vip/  (30s in the morning). https://www.applock.ooo/  Is there a temp where you just stop fishing? Can you catch fish when it's this cold? I haven't even seen any fish around the banks lately. Also, I know ice fishing exists, but that's not what I'm talking about.

Thanks all. https://scrabblewordfinder.vip/

It doesn’t end until ice up. The bite will be tough until after the lakes turnover. This year has been weird, the water temps seemed to have dropped very quick with all the rain and wind. Remember the fish know what’s coming, they will start feeding up soon and it can be some of the best fishing of the year.

There are still fish to be caught,  but you will have to change your tactics.  I switch to a rod with minnow under bobber (shiner) and cast a weightless plastic worm or a swim bait fished very slowly.  Fish will be at the deep weed edge, not shallow anymore
