I am looking for any suggestions on places to take my daughter fishing from shore. We are in Fond du Lac willing to travel. Any species just so we catch something to keep her interested.

Check out Waushara County Public Parks for info.

A couple of tips-

Alpine Lake right off Hwy 21 and 22 st. Nice county park no wake boating,with lots of shoreline to fish , boat ramp, playground and picnic area. Also swimming at your risk. Lake District and We Care Stocking program do a good job on fish Stocking lake.

Marl Lake off County Trunk C west of Wautoma. Lots of shoreline and swimming area.
