Nice show this week and always nice to see Tex.  J/G with a couple of goof-ups, casting his line into the pickers and then 'removing' the plug with his foot............

Sorry hit the wrong button. As far as complaining his contest, it is what it is. Life is full of choices, you have the choice to watch or turn on something else. I hope Rob can recover with the place, great food.

Good point on the raffle drawing Tuffy 2.

I have a 22.5" and 22.0" Wisconsin bass mounted. When I caught the 22.5" I guessed it at 7+ lbs and was disappointed it was only 5.5 lbs when weighed. I caught those fish exactly one week apart and in the exact same place about 30 years ago. I have caught 2 slightly bigger in all of the years since, both accidentally while fishing for Gills. I grew up in a house right on a excellent smalley river that my daughter owns now and have not fished there for 25 years. I don't fish bass anymore but I may take the grandson there and let him give the bass a little exercise when the water drops after all of this flippin rain...........

Congratulations on getting in the raffle drawing with your bass and good luck(whatever size), you have a better chance to win than I do.

I have a 27” Florida bass and a 22” Wisconsin bass mounted. That bass is 20” at best. My bass were 10.8 and 6.3 pounds. That bass in the picture won’t make 5 pounds.

This part of John’s show is nothing more than a raffle drawing.

John probably screwed up the the number.I think we can cut him some slack.I'm sure we have all made that mistake a time or two.

Maybe they should be required to have a tape measure on the fish also.....Just a thought

I love da up nort' shows with Pete Maina and Rob Manthei.

Rob and John were outside of Fibbers talking about how Rob will handle his re-opening.

One way would be to stop the Fibs going into Fibbers!   That's a hot spot down there!

Regarding the contest; I just fast forward through it. There's more bs on that segment than any golfer's scorecard!

A 26 inch bass, the guy must be tiny. The B.S,  just keeps getting deeper. Might as well say you caught a 30 inch bass.
