Colorado Blades vs. Willow Blades

It's incomplete. There's a whole lot more difference in the two blade setups. A Colorado bladed spinnerbait will have more lift, allowing it to run shallower. It will have MORE vibration and less flash. It will not run nearly as weedless as a willowleaf. A willowleaf spinnerbait will have less lift, allowing it to run deeper. It will have MORE flash and LESS vibration. And it will run weedless better than a Colorado blade bait. And to say that you should fish one in the spring and the other later in the year is totally false as well. There are many times in the deep summer that you should be running Colorado blades versus willowleaf, and visa-versa.... Formerly Steve @ G & S
