Looking to stay a weekend on the Wolf river in Fremont, thinking the Gala but open to other options. Would be for 2-4 people, must have a dock for boat. Looking for a cabin, not a campsite. Does anyone have any reviews for them or any of the other places? Price is always a consideration as is cleanliness of the cabins. Restaurant reviews? Thanks

I’ve stayed at Chico’s gala, han a lula and at the rental house at triangle.  All are nice places clean cozy and right on the water.   It’ll be Chico’s again this year.  Friends have stayed at blue top and liked it as well.

eyelooking, check out the hotels in Waupaca.  They're only about a 20 minute drive to Fremont and will cheaper than anything you can find in Fremont.  My uncle always stays in Waupaca when he drives up to the Wolf to fish.

I am needing a dry warm place to stay while fishing the Wolf River numerous days. Looking for a cheap motel off the water and parking for my boat. Nothing fancy at all. Please help. Thanks!

Toyman nailed it... Not to mention the Fremont Hotel has awesome pizza and great Bloody Mary's. Larry and Jan's is nice too. It's only for a nights rest, you spend the day on the water, go inside and eat, have a few drinks, and hit the hay for a few hours.

hotel fremont is great for guys and gals and rooms just got redone the year before last along with the bathrooms. One bathroom is many stalls for guys and the other 2 are private with showers n baths. great place to crash after fishing and food is great and people super friendly. Larry n Jans is a great place and stayed there for many years has decent rooms and rates are ok like others around.

I have a trailer at Bluejay Resort. The owner are really nice people.(2nd year of ownership). They have really worked at cleaning the place up. They have a 12 room resort there. The rooms will accommodate from 2 to 10 guys. Not sure what they charge.
