Is that extra onions? Onions are good for you! 

I know I have been bad this week. I may need some help.

Wow meatball bombers huh B&R? fries look good too. I'm having a "PHILLY STEAK SANDWICH" for supper tonight. No cocktails though.

We went out and had breakfast for lunch. Was pretty good eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, and gyro meat. Had something that I have not had in a long time. Bagels and cream cheese with red onion on it and dunked it in the egg yolk. Really good, then too small pancakes so that’s it. I’m done for the weekend. 

Late lunch here. They were all out of lemon water and salad. We will have to make do with this. 

2 venison hotdogs,& baked beans washed down with a big mug of lemon water to cleanse the liver.

I have a big event to attend this aft,& into this evening. I need all the cleansing I can get,lol!

Just as I thought perch were sitting right where I thought they would be this morning

I am pretty sure this is going to be a two fish fry Friday! It happens on occasions. Little lady said she won’t know till later this afternoon late afternoon if she feels like fish so I will definitely get some for lunch so I don’t miss out. And if she feels like a fish fry, I’ll have it for dinner. I’m gonna be catching some perch pretty soon. I’ll probably post some pics of them.

What a yard bird at the grocery store.

They added a low cal low carb meatball bomber to the menu. Man it is good. 

It’s ok these are all low cal low carb substitutes. They are not bad. They had a side of carrots available but watching sugar today.
