Whats For Dinner?

Thought it might be fun to see what everyone likes to eat. What are you're favorite foods? (other than fish and wild game). One of my all time fav's is Corned beef and cabbage, with red potatoes. MMMMM, got a huge pot with 2 shanks on right now, almost done! My second Fav is Veal Oscar, with white asparagus spears, crab, and hollendaise.

Have some thick cut loin chops marinating for the grill in a soy/apple juice mix, picked up some cabbage, apple sauce is ready, and a cold mac salad is underway. 🍻 Well, now my lady walks in with some tators and fresh greens, so we'll see. Maybe a foil pack also. We're set for the weekend. Wings on deck

Maplewood meats venison jalapeno cheddar brats, and a corn dog for my daughter. Nice night for a picnic on the patio.

Making a garlic roll in the oven quick for a pulled pork sammie with cheese and asparagus is in the steamer. These guys had fries and creamy slaw. The asparagus was do now, or go to waste, not a problem for me.  ​

Made some potato salad this AM. Grilled brats and had some watermelon with the brats and salad.

Poor mans brisket (Chuck roast) in the pellet grill. 225 started at 0550 this morning, just about done.
Homemade BBQ sauce.

I think I'll have chop suey delivered to me today along with some shrimp egg foo Yung and a couple of  shrimp egg rolls around 2 PM.

Just a little guy for me and the fam today. Adding a smoke tube for 5 hours to see how much it affects the final flavor.
