Whats For Dinner?

Thought it might be fun to see what everyone likes to eat. What are you're favorite foods? (other than fish and wild game). One of my all time fav's is Corned beef and cabbage, with red potatoes. MMMMM, got a huge pot with 2 shanks on right now, almost done! My second Fav is Veal Oscar, with white asparagus spears, crab, and hollendaise.

The1&0 - absolutely! Smoker/grill for 2 hours, well actually turned into 3, then off to the crockpot.
Venison is too lean to smoke fully on the grill. Most meats take on their maximum amount of smoke within the first 2 hours of smoking. Smoke first then finish in the crockpot to get the benefits of the smoke but moistness of a crockpot! Also works for pulled pork if you don't care about the bark. I prefer bark so I go full time on the grill without wrapping for pulled pork.
