Whats For Dinner?

Thought it might be fun to see what everyone likes to eat. What are you're favorite foods? (other than fish and wild game). One of my all time fav's is Corned beef and cabbage, with red potatoes. MMMMM, got a huge pot with 2 shanks on right now, almost done! My second Fav is Veal Oscar, with white asparagus spears, crab, and hollendaise.

Skirt steak fajitas. Storm came outta nowhere as soon as it hit the grate, so glad it was one of those 2min per side deals. Heck of a natural light show over the big pond now and the kids are keeping the skyline to the west proper. Lol Its been like the 4th here for weeks already.

Beer brats with homegrown Walla Walla onion  

Wilderness tailgate supper of Kuro Wabyu Ribeye  steak with peppers and some shrooms i picked in the woods. Singed green beans with hot pepper slices and a garden  salad I bought from home. 

Made garlic toast with leftover french rolls and built some zas... marinara, italian beef, diced peppers, pepperoni, onion, fresh herbs, and provolone/mozz mix. Leftovers are truly history now. Should have grilled em, but gonna be plenty of that going on this week!

Thick cut pork chops on the charcoal grill with a few hickory and competition pellets sprinkled on top🤫

Italian beefs w/au jus, fresh corn (from elsewhere), and hot/mild peppers. Went a little crazy with the ice cream in the freezer here! A certain somebody forgot to shut the screen on the back sliding door, so just got bit by a mosquito in the kitchen. Grr lol

  

Supper tonight.  Baked haddock.  Brown rice, and veggies dish.

My wife used a 1/2 venny loin from the freezer and made venison stroganoff, can't wait to dig in, looks great.

Looks like pork chops and baked potato also for me.
