Whats For Dinner?

Thought it might be fun to see what everyone likes to eat. What are you're favorite foods? (other than fish and wild game). One of my all time fav's is Corned beef and cabbage, with red potatoes. MMMMM, got a huge pot with 2 shanks on right now, almost done! My second Fav is Veal Oscar, with white asparagus spears, crab, and hollendaise.

Heading to a spot we've been wanting to try for awhile - Farm to Fork in Mondovi. Live music and wood fired pizza, heard their pizza is great. It's near Together Farms which is a great burger spot, though a little pricey - all the beef is raised right on site by the hosts. If you are within a reasonable distance to Mondovi, I would highly, highly recommend these places.
Salmon and cod with garden basil and oregano, and some asparagus.
I did Kraft macaroni and cheese but the key was no secret ingredients. Side dish was hot dogs on buns with no secret ingredients. People are still raving about it. Amazing ingredients. Side glasses of milk but these had secret ingredients. Just all came together.
Now that all the ribs have been consumed. I will show them how to make a good soup and or gravy for macaroni and cheese topping with the barbecue sauce from the crockpot. It is delicious. Consist of a few secret ingredients, but some of the main basics are beer, butter, garlic, and heavy, black pepper and red pepper flake. Of course bbq sauce and rib grease. It’ll go excellent over top of some macaroni and cheese.
