What’s for desert or snack?

It’s a cheat day so they talked me into a vanilla bean cheese cake. 

Another ice cold carb busting salad this one with taco sauce. Had a gimlet with some lime juice that had four carbs got to get rid of them

Upgraded out with hard boiled eggs, and broccoli. I love destroying carbs!

So good and healthy I had another!

Keto, friendly salad with cucumbers, cottage cheese, chicken breast, red onion, lettuce, spinach, yellow, and orange peppers in a little bit of low dressing and a lot of seasoning!

Keto friendly vinegar and cottage cheese. 

OMG. A cookie with white choc , peanut butter and milk choc. Ice cream on the side. If your at still waters give it a try

MrDuck, I just posted it on the LL Recipes and Cooking forum, very easy 1 pan recipe. It's even better the next day zapped in the microwave and a scope of ice cream, enjoy.

Made my 1st Rhubarb dump cake of the year. I changed it up a bit and instead of the called for 1/2 cup of sugar I added a pint of my apple sauce from last year. Came out really good and my youngest grand daughter gave me the two thumbs up.

A little keto friendly chicken and miracle whip.
