Our Kwik Trip/Star had a grand reopening last week. Wife had me get a tub of ice cream since it was $1.99. I got this cookies and creme but with chocolate ice cream. Phenomenal!

I've been trying to buy carrot cake from Hy-Vee but they never have any lately. They make the best: nuts, raisins, perfection. 

Wife made a tres leches cake today.She sprinkled a hint of cinnamon on the surface. 
Easily a 10/10 !

Interestingly, last week she tried a different recipe and the result was a flavorless, heavy, loaf or crap that she tossed right in the trash...
