Just wondering what every one does during the day and evening? Work? Play? Fish? Camping? Gardening? Smoking? You get the idea........ I work up early to put the venison jerky in the dehydrator and took the fiancé to work and then when I got home I made breakfast. I fixed the bath sink and took a nap. Then I sat around having a few beers waiting for the jerky to get done. Tried to read a book but that's not for me. Oh yea, I cut the lawn b4 the rain. I better save sum stuff 4 2maro. Just wondering what you guys do during the day and evening. Let's here it.

Went walleye fishing with Brent (aka Plmlk) for a while today.  After we were done with that, tried casting some big baits for a bit.  On literally the very first cast I made, I caught this low 40+ incher.  That was a blessing.

wiscoarborist Your turning into a sandwich maker!! Just kidding, good to see men doing their part!

Well, today with the weird weather took my honey up to Fox brook park to let try out the “SS QUEENIE” he did good with the pedal drive & steering. Then had a beer and brat at the Tap Yard to finish out the adventure.

Laundry and dishes and pick up the house! Those are PINK jobs, not blue jobs....Carried the junk-ish AC window unit up and out to the curb. Put away the 12-or-so  fishing poles that have been leaning against some shelves - risking breakage - since, apparently spring walleye run. Next I'll fuel up my trucks, grind a stump and inspect tomorrow's jobsite...Oh, and empty the lift buck of the water that accumulated during the past 24 hours.

Wifey is in Florida, stepdaughter spent the weekend at her GF's house....Pink jobs should be done by "pink" people leaving me free to do my  "blue jobs" and still have some free time.

And with stepdaughter gone, her cat has been a needy attention seeking pest.

Grrr. lol.

Oh, and spent an hour or so on the piano and another hour or so on the PC or the phone.

Saturday took trip to Brodhead with 15 others and rode bikes up the Sugar River trail to New Glarus. Had lunch at Sugar River Pizza, then rode back to Brodhead. Just under 46 miles. Great day on bikes.

Based on the “errant” weather forecast I had for today, I decided to go fishing this morning. Forecast I saw said sunshine after 7 am.  It rained most of the morning, however….lol. I’m glad I brought the rain gear, as I had to return to the launch to put it on.

Caught 11 of these beef cakes (pic of one of the fish 30+”), and 11 bass (typical fish today was 14-15”).  Missed another 10-11 fish and had a bunch of follows in 5 hours.

It is probably louder than the newest stuff out there, but washes clothes much faster. It's fine for me, tho it might be a deal breaker if you're used to hearing nearly nothing. The trade-off is the 20-25 year near guaranteed lifespan and the speed it cleans clothes. There are 4 of us so we wash a lot of stuff.

Installed a new Speed Queen Commercial washing machine as the old Maytag finally bit the dust after numerous repairs to keep it alive. I got almost 20 years out of that thing so no complaints. Hoping this beast takes me to the pine box. Supposed to be the best for durability.
