“I’m your Captain”,Farmers signature guitar solo at point where tempo breaks towards end of song, probably my all time fav. Equal to Robby joining in finally on “Lite my Fire”
Maybe Keiths initial riffs on “Gimme Shelter” or Pages beginning of “The Ocean” slightly better, but not by much. Great Tune!

“I’m you captain, closer to home”, one of my personal favorites. Saw them live many years ago, very good show.

I have my Spotify channel set to Grand Funk Railroad today.  Love the guitar and drum duo in that band! Very few songs I don't care for, especially in their earlier years.

Just listened to an F-35 fly over the house.  No mistaking that sound.

Good info Steelhead.  I wonder if what I am hearing after dark is a combination of both the 148th and 115th Fighter Wings.  The 148th flies the F-16 and the 115th flies the F-35.  The 115th has been flying this week in the afternoons and evenings as well.

The plane we got a positive, visual ID of yesterday was definitely an F-35; twin vertical stabilizers and horizontal stabilizers with the unmistakable shape to them.

I believe that’s the national gaurd out of Duluth . Happens often in different areas of the north & usually the exercise is announced to the public in paper or otherwise . Certain altitudes are restricted just like when KI Sawyer was in service & the BUF’s (B-52’s) would cruise under radar just above the treeline .

It’s amazing that the 35 is capable of a Vertical Take off and Landing. They use them on Aircraft carriers now, but have a Tail Hook for regular landings with the cable. Real crazy electronic system. Certain amount of Stealth also.
