Hi, I’m looking for a “good” realtor to list my house in Kenosha and was wondering if anyone here has any suggestions from past experience or word of mouth? A little over a year ago I put an offer in on a new house after accepting an offer on my current house within 3 days of listing it. That was easy I thought.....well the buyer was from California and ended up backing out wasting a bunch of time. After that our listing was way down the list and no longer fresh. Our realtor never once showed our house or had an open house. All the showings we had were from other realtors. I feel the realtor we went with didn’t “need” the commission as we later found out she had multiple listings and was spread a little too thin. With the closing on the new house coming and the school year in the new town starting soon we opted to rent the house out for a year to relieve some of the stress/pressure. In a couple months I’m putting the house back on the market and want a realtor that will work hard to make the sale. Does anyone know of such a realtor? Thanks in advance!

Google her name guys
Yeah jaw jerkers reply definitely peaked my interest!! Lol
Adam Coleman is the owner/broker for Rainmakers. He was awarded top realtor award in Kenosha for 2015 I believe.
Why not just buy welders house from him.
Hey Welder, if you go with jawjerkers recommendation let me know. I'm not looking to buy a house, but would be interested in verifying his agent claims...
Welder, I sent you a PM.
Thanks for the input!
WelderGuy, Google Rantell Ramirez in Kenosha. She sold a house for my Sister and my Dad's house last year for our asking price. Plus, she is smoking hot!!!!!!!!
Welder, you could try Karl Krueger with ReMax. I used him when I sold my house in Racine about 12 years ago. It was during the housing downturn and he held a few empty open houses as the market was bad, but he didn't give up. It actually sold because a couple was driving by and saw the open house sign.
He is from the south side of Milwaukee, not positive if he would go all the way to Kenosha, but if he does I think he would be worth it. My father in law was a mortgage broker until he retired a few years ago. He has known Karl forever and recommended him to us. We were happy with the effort.
Yeah I heard that about open houses, that makes sense.
