I love a good whine too but only when I'm going to have a slow drink, usually while sitting down and relaxing. My wife likes sweet wines only, I prefer semi sweet or dry. Though the ice wine from Wollersheim is a nice treat! That wine is super sweet, more like a desert.
BMR is a whiskey snob and knows his stuff!
FH and I are wine snobs lol!
We all have our vice!!!!

Whiskey just tastes better in a glass! Shape of the glass matters too. Look how his glass is square. That man knows his whiskeys!
Now that I know what some of you like to drink I'll plan on bringing a bottle of whiskey next year as well. It's my favorite and I heard it goes well with carrots!

He sure did, whiskey snob no doubt!
What was BMR drinking? Was that a fine whiskey? Where was I?

BMR has really good form!
Someone said he was kinda redneck, but he’s way to polished for that!

I agree keep this thread going! We just don't need to discuss next year's outing on this page.
Favorite memories of this year's outing? I have lots but I gotta say trying a bloody Mary for the first time is right up there. Meeting new fishing friends is number one in my book though.
BMR showing he is indeed a Lake-Link pro. Waiting for the spool to spin, getting his hands out of his hand warmer then reeling in a northern. I was glad I brought a few extra tipups with so we could increase our amount of lines in the water. This one was only about 5 yards from where we were hanging out most of the day!
