Very nice gesture! You may also want to check with the DNR to donate fishing clinics.

Would like too see a "free stuff " heading in the trading post. Rather give to a fellow fisherman than to goodwill

I would happily take any gear you’re willing to give away.

I lost/broke a good amount of my fishing gear when moving in the fall of 2016.

Anything would definitely help, I’m a few days from being 21 and make a decent living but with bills I don’t have to much spare cash for my hobbies. If someone else comes along who needs it more than I do I definitely understand if you want to give it to them, but any gear would be much appreciated.

Regardless, I think your generosity is awesome. Much respect for trying to help a guy out instead of making a few bucks.

Wish I was closer.  There is a kids fishing event here in Stevens Point every June.  Could put it to good use and get some youngsters going...

benuts,

I tried calling you and some guy named Herbert answered? I asked him where you were and all he said was something about a popsicle.

I've got a ton of rods/reels/equipment as well. That being said, I hear what BM12 is saying. I don't have any $400 Fenwicks laying around, but I'm not going to give them away for someone to sell, either. GoodWill? They aren't any better.

That's why you mark it vintage/classic, whatever and charge triple of what it is worth.  To make up for that membership fee!

I also for got to note CDS, very nice of you to offer up this gear.  This will make somebody very happy.
