My company gave out a new handbook that says for security purposes, they can search any private vehicle without advanced warning if it is on company property. Can they legally do that and can they fire somebody for refusing a search?

Here's my2 cents: I can't answer your question. But if you don't have anything illegal in your car, you have nothing to worry about. It's probably best to call a lawyer. You want to make sure before any incidents can happen Big Mac
