Minn Kota Terrova Remote Lost Saved Spotlock Locations?

My remote control for my Terrova lost it's saved spotlock locations. Also had it lose contact with motor twice, I am assuming that was a bluetooth issue, but don't get how the saved locations disappeared? Batteries were good and no other issues with the motor. Has anyone else had this issue and if so did you figure out what happened?

I had it happen once last year. Talked to a local repair place, they never heard of it happening and never offered any solutions. I went out and refound all my spots. Luckily I had them as waypoints on my locator. The problem has not recurred.
