locator to terrova

Can I hook up Hummingbird piranha max to my new terrova ? I have a big lowrance in back by my tiller, I want get this 89$ hummingbird at fleet farm and put it up front. Will the locator accept connection from the trolling  motor? Not familiar with humbrds  . Any info would be appreciated ..thx  jjm

You may have to get an adapter cable from the locator to the TM. Check on humminbird compatibility chart on their website.

Yes you should be able to, especially if the locator doesn't have down imaging.
