I see that someone got swept over the falls in this wild country. My wife and I fished there around 50 years ago and it was fabulous fishing. Our base camp was Lac La Croix and it took about an hour to reach IRON Lake. Anyone else ever fish the area? Many pictographs in the area.

Story of my life, I had a crappie to the boat that I know was at least 18”that shook off but as TONY DEAN would say “ I was going to release it anyway “. Lol. We fished that fast water above CURTAIN FALLS and the walleyes were stacked in there with most being 15- 24? “. I was really nervous about that fast water & the falls though Oops! Just got a notification asking if I was a human! Sometimes I wonder.
