I'm writing it off as a stupid thing I did. I knew to put a lock on it. I'm busy so I didn't. My deductible is 1 grand motor around $800. So I'm not even going to call the Blue Isis! They will find me to be in violation of something.

Years ago my dad called an ad in the paper about a 9.9 Johnson for sale. We went to look at it and it ended up being in some ratty looking trailer park. The guy shows us the motor and right away we noticed the hand cranks to tighten the motor on the boat had been cut off with a hacksaw. Obviously stolen so my dad did not buy it.

Most likely drug dealers in your neighborhood. They're everywhere.

Chances of finding it; slim to none. Hope you have insurance.
