pontoon boat conversion

I have been looking for a pontoon boat. A family friend has very nice pontoon that we could purchase for a great price.

It currently is configured for pleasure boating. It has bench seats in the front. They are comfortable and in good shape.

My question is how difficult would it be to remove those seats and install two or four fishing seats? I would not do the work (gots to know your limitations), but have a someone do it. I does not appear that installing a live well is to difficult, so it is the seats that are my issue.

Or would it be best to continue to look for something already configured with fishing seats in the front?

live well would prob be more tricky than the seats with the wiring and what no, but anyway

seats, benches  you just have to unbolt/screw the benches remove them and install ur new seat bases, as long as every thing comes apart smooth its a very easy job
