Need a trolling motor?

I picked up a 2007 16ft Smokercraft side console with a 50hp last fall off the lake-link classifieds.  I need to put a trolling motor on it.   It currently has an electric Anchor and I dont have any use for that. https://omegle.onl/

I have literally no time right now to research it, order on line and wrench on this myself due to work.   Where is a good place to put a trolling motor on this boat?  My initial though would be Bass Pro or Cabelas.

Im near the Fond Du Lac or Chicago area OK

Thanks for advice.

On the other hand, when writing an admission presentation, one may unintentionally buy college papers online, but the specialist writers in these services provide real and verifiable writings that really are free of unintentional plagiarism.

I have a 1999 king 160t monark by starcraft with a 40 hp tiller so about the same size. First off get Minn kota easily the best I have a terrova 55 i pilot the spot lock feature is a game changer plus many more options on the remote and I have not in 6+ years used the footpedal  If you have space and can afford 24v ultrex or ulterra even better. But like mine I would install it yourself took me about 2 hours real easy but definitely Minn kota.

If you have the room go 24v. And if you do mostly dock fishing or fishing right up on cover I would go cable drive, but that's just my opinion.

Exactly, determine your budget.  Do you have or will you be purchasing a certain brand of locators?  Trolling motors will work stand alone, but work very well with their branded electronics as well.  I happen to prefer Humminbird and Minn Kota.

The week before the open of season is worst time to start this project. Dealers are just trying to finish orders.

First you need to decide what locators you will use. Humminbird is supported by it's self. Motorguide will work with all three. Force is the Garmin line. Google deals are a lot better that Bass Pro most of time!

What does your battery tray look like, will it support a 24 volt setup? Is it wired? Do you have a deck to mount a motor? Get the right transducer with the motor, you have lots to choose from this year.

How is check book?

Have fun!
